Return & Refund Policy

Any items returned will require a customer’s returns number (CRN) please see below.

If you find you have ordered the incorrect part or the part is no longer needed, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Handling Charge

Any part returned will incur a handling charge up to 25%. Once we have received the items back it is inspected and if necessary tested to make sure it’s in good resalable condition. Depending on the result of the inspection a handling and re-stocking charge of between 5 – 25% will be deducted from any refund. Items which incur the full 25% handling charge are generally electrical items which need returning to our electronic inspection workshop for full test before restocking.


All parts returned need to have paperwork completed and enclosed with the parts. If this isn’t done it could cause delays and may inccurr additional handling charges or result in the part being rejected.

Parts that we won’t offer a refund on are-

  • Parts found to be damaged on return

  • Special ordered items

  • Items that have failed due to mistreatment

  • Siemens parts which have had the seal broken

  • Any parts which are over the 30 day returns period

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 working days from receipt.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
